The EPIC Framework is a sales and marketing tool as well as a mental construct to help the drafting attorney organize work flows. On the marketing and sales side, the framework communicates a unique but rational method of planning that competitors lack.
For planning, it organizes into four categories the method of creating a legal plan, offering funding and advisory services, marketing and educating the client’s family and business connections, and using the AI powered software to generate fees in the SaaS model.
